We call it “instructional design” these days. It is the composition of training materials. Good online and in-person training require well organized information and the use of proven teaching techniques to make it as easy as possible on the student.

I like to take the model of training and use it as a marketing tool as well. Show your product in action and engage the customer with useful material.

Wrote and produced online product training using narration, slides, video, and interactivity to present Hadco lighting products to their distributors and contractors.
